Replacement Policy
We only offer replacements for faulty watches. If your watch is delivered with a defect, please send proof (video) within 48 hours via WhatsApp (03702733704) or Instagram (@jackwatches01).
If your replacement request is approved, a new watch will be sent to you, and the rider will collect the faulty one at the time of delivery.
