Jack Watches deals in wrist watches, including original and replica watches.

  • Product images are for display purposes only.

  • Slight variations in color, finishing, or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manufacturing differences.

  • Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • All prices are mentioned in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.

4. Payment Methods

We currently offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

Orders will only be processed after confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is 3–5 business days under normal circumstances.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen situations.

  • Jack Watches is not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

6. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Jack Watches reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or incomplete customer information.

  • Customers must confirm orders when contacted; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

We do not offer refunds.

  • Only replacement is available if the parcel is received faulty or damaged.

  • Customer must inform us immediately after delivery with proper evidence (unboxing video is recommended).

  • Claims made after delay or without proof will not be accepted.

  • Used, damaged, or mishandled products are not eligible for replacement.

8. Warranty Policy

  • No warranty is provided on any product.

  • Battery, strap, glass, and internal parts are not covered under any warranty.

9. Customer Responsibility

  • Any damage caused by misuse, water exposure, impact, or negligence will be the customer’s responsibility.

  • Jack Watches will not be liable for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Jack Watches shall not be held responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Courier delays or service issues

  • Loss caused by misuse of the product

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer personal information is kept secure and confidential.

  • We do not sell or share customer data with third parties, except when required for order fulfillment or by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.
